I usually buy Mercken's chocolates from the Party Warehouse near where I live. However that went out of business and I couldn't get them any longer. So I searched Amazon for candy-making wafers. I bought these as an alternative. I make candy at Christmastime to give as gifts to family and friends so I am picky about the taste, creaminess, texture and look of the chocolate that goes into the candy. This was ok, It wasn't terrific. It melted slowly, which is good, but almost overcooked as soon as it melted. It gave me very little working time. I am not a candy maker expert, and perhaps that was my problem. I went to Michael's and bought Wilton wafers from them and had much better luck. They were on sale, too, for &1.99/pack.
