This product is outstanding. I love it. Could not me happier! Although I did not realize how big the disc's were, but still extremely pleased.

This was another gift purchase I made to appease my dog-obsessed mother. This is the most affordable Corgi item I have purchased, and definitely worth more than the product is selling for here. The plan is to use this mold for making plaster-cast magnets and small glycerin soaps. My mother has similar molds with Scottish Terriers, and they work fine for a number of different types of castings. We have used them to make crayons, sidewalk chalk (just add Plaster of Paris to some kind of pigment... typically tempura paint powder... and add water), soaps, plaster casts for Christmas ornaments, you name it! She really should used these for chocolates as we have a friend who works at a chocolate factory and supplies us with all different varieties of chocolate, yogurt solids, etc., but some of those huge bricks of chocolate never make it to the candy making stage either. ;)Anyway, I can see where one could make some really cute candies with this mold, since the peanut butter and butterscotch solids along with white chocolate create a realistic Corgi color scheme. Back that with some dark chocolate (which I am guessing is what they used in the example pictured), and it would make for some very rich looking candies.

This was a gift; I know nothing about what high-end chocolate molds are made of. But you get what you pay for with this thing-- it's cheap and flimsy. It's all wrapped up, so I have no idea how it performs.Definitely use discretion when considering this one.. but if all you want is a corgi shape, it will probably work fine.
